commissions: terms of service
by sending any commission request, you are agreeing to all terms detailed herein.

under no circumstances are any artworks i make, commissioned or otherwise, permitted for use in any purpose related to or employing blockchain and/or algorithmic generative technologies of any kind. any and all requests from individuals who engage with/employ blockchain or generative "AI" technologies in their dealings will be rejected outright.

all commission types are subject to pre-approval evaluation, and are not first-come-first-serve.
single payments and payment plan installments for all commission types will be invoiced via PayPal, and a request must include a valid PayPal for invoices to be sent to. a minimum of one payment must be made in order for progress on a commission to begin.
for payment plans:
for commissions to be approved with a payment plan, a timeline for each payment installment should be established during the pre-approval period. payments that are made late (as detailed in the established timeline) are subject to an additional 2% late payment fee for every two weeks of delay.
revisions:
for any commission type, all minor revisions (line/shape nudges, subtle colour adjustments, accent shape placements, and other similar alterations) are complimentary. up to two moderate revisions and/or one major revision may be granted free of charge (pending discussion of said revisions), after which every successive moderate revision will incur an additional 10% adjustment fee, and every successive major revision will incur an additional 25-40% adjustment fee, depending on the amount of work the requested revision will require.
rights to reuse:
in requesting a commission, you are approving my right to re-use any and all works commissioned as examples in my own professional portfolio. holds/delays in publishing commissioned works may be requested if the work in question is intended for use as a gift, or if the materials are being prepared for a streaming debut event.
references:
commission requests for flat illustrations, chibis, and emotes are required to include pre-existing original character references, and will be rejected if no references are sent. it is preferred for pre-existing references to be provided in requests for sketch pages, reactive avatar images, and Live2D artworks; should no such reference be provided, the commission in question will be subject to an additional 50% character design service fee.
all commissions are for personal-private- or personal-commercial use only; i.e. as gifts, independent stream/channel assets, non-corporate-affiliated promotional images for events or schedule postings, or personal art collections. use of commissions in commercial manufacturing (pins, charms, printed materials such as posters or cards, corporate-affiliated promotional images, apparel, etc.) is only considered pending a thorough background check and will be subject to doubled pricing, half of which MUST be paid upfront. failure to abide by these rules will result in the issuance of a formal takedown notice, as well as voiding any and all refund requests. resisting or willfully ignoring a takedown notice will be met with pursuit of legal action against the offending parties as an act of copyright infringement.

requests for not-safe-for-work (NSFW) pieces may only be considered after thorough review and will be subject to additional fees up to 50% of the base price of the requested option depending on the nature of the desired content.
